The ALF Appliance
The ALF appliance consists of a flexible wire that uses light pressure to guide jaw growth, improving airway health and tongue posture. We typically recommend ALF therapy in conjunction with osteopathic and myofunctional treatment to enhance general health and alleviate concerns such as sleep apnea and TMJ dysfunction while also developing a healthy, beautiful smile.
