Finally had my appointment today for cleaning and checking on a broken tooth after 18 months due to an appointment I had to cancel last year because of my cancer diagnosis. Rachael was my hygienist and was fantastic! I was reluctant to have all x-rays done because of all the radiation I’d already been exposed to. She listened to my concerns and followed my wishes, x-raying only the needed area.

Rachael reviewed the x-rays with me and all possible outcomes and options. She was very thorough. Dr. Haley came in, reviewed the x-rays and we came up a plan.

I then met with Sherry, who is also a breath of fresh air. to schedule the appointment for my procedures and work out payment arrangements. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless.

We have been using Centreville Family Dentistry for over twenty years, through all the transitions, and highly recommend their wonderful team of hygienists, dentists and staff!

I found Centerville Family Dentist when I was researching dental implants. I made an appointment to talk with Dr. Bano about the all on 4 dental implant procedure. Brooke was very helpful with making my appointment and got me an appointment in a timely manner. When I walked into the office, I was greeted with smiling faces and offered a bottle of water. Brooke came to the door, greeting me with a beautiful smile and a hello. She took me back to the room where I got to meet Dr. Bano and explain what I was looking to get done with my teeth. He listened to everything I said in detail, they took some photos of my teeth and he explained to me that he wanted to have some time to look over my photos and give me a couple different plans to choose from. I was very appreciative of the fact that Dr. Bano was looking at all the routes that could be taken to give me my smile back. Brooke and Dr. Bano answered all my questions. I bothered Brooke quite a lot and she never made me feel bad about it. 🙂 Everyone I seen was so friendly at Centreville family dentist. I have very bad dentist anxiety and I felt like family after my first appointment here. This is the place to go for your dental needs!

UPDATE:
I had my all on 4 dental implants done with Dr. Bano, my experience was top notch and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of me. After the procedure I had many questions, different days I would text or call and every time Brooke made sure to answer my questions. Dr Bano himself would message me back answering my questions often. When I went back for a check up a couple weeks after surgery, EVERYONE in the office told me how great I looked. I felt so beautiful and cared for!! Centreville Family Dentistry gave me my smile and my confidence back. Dr Bano and his team changed my life, I couldn’t be happier with my teeth and I am just getting started!!

Bano is hands down the best , very informative, gentle, calm, (which is important lol) , and shows genuine concern for his patients.
